A law firm that concentrates on workers’ compensation and employment law, England Ponticello & St. Clair serves Marina del Rey, San Diego, and other communities in Southern California. The firm’s partners, Susan England, Renee St. Clair, Barry Ponticello, and Terry Wheaton, bring decades of legal and judicial experience to their clients. Through public speaking, on-site presentations, and client counseling, the England Ponticello & St. Clair legal team educates employers, insurance carriers, and others on their legal rights and responsibilities in employment-related matters.

England Ponticello & St. Clair also employs a number of associates with experience in employment and insurance defense. Heather Moriarity, Nadine Adrian, and Carmen Mussig—who also handles general civil matters—practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and subrogation in San Diego and Marina del Rey. Kelly Sieckman and Anahid Dolbashian handle San Diego workers’ compensation cases. Margot Ponticello, who is Of Counsel to EPS, supervises litigation.

EPS has built its reputation on providing excellent legal service in a focused range of practice areas. The firm’s attorneys develop comprehensive strategies for litigation and administrative hearings, and represent clients in state and federal courts. In May 2011, Mr. Ponticello argued Seabright Insurance v. USAirways before the California Supreme Court.
